Does anyone know if the SPSS .NET interop library code can be used on a 64-bit machine?

It works in 32bit mode (since SPSS' IO.dll isn't x64 compatible).

Just put all the dlls from SPSS under SysWoW64 and then run regsvr32 from SysWoW64.

It will throw a warning saying that there wasn't found an entry-point, but it works.

Tested with Win7 x64 and Windows Server 2008 x64.

spssio32.dll isn't a COM server, so I don't think running regsvr32.exe is a necessary step.  The DLL can be in system32 as you say. But it can also just be in your app's bin directory.
